This website is operated by LCK Bilişim ve Savunma Teknolojileri A.Ş., registered in Ankara, Türkiye. LCK runs the site for the ROBEX Robotics brand and is the data controller for the information described below.

Information you send us. Our contact form asks for your name, corporate email address, company, industry sector, and which platform you are interested in. A message is optional. We do not ask for payment details, identity numbers, or any special category of personal data — please do not send them.

Information collected automatically. As with any website, each request is logged with technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages opened, and the time of the request. This is ordinary hosting log data, used to run and protect the site.

Analytics — only if you agree. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. If you decline, or simply do not choose, no analytics script is loaded at all.

Your cookie choice. Your accept or decline decision is stored in your own browser (localStorage). It is never transmitted to our servers.

Guide downloads. The Resources page offers a guide behind a short form: name, corporate email, company and industry sector. Unlike the contact form, these details are kept so we can get in touch about your operation afterwards.

To answer you. The contact form exists so we can respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a commercial discussion. Without these details we cannot reply.

To keep the site running and secure. Server logs and Cloudflare Turnstile — the bot check on the contact form — protect the site from automated abuse. Turnstile does not track you across websites.

To understand how the site is used. Analytics helps us see which pages are useful. This happens only with your explicit consent and you can withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and bot protection for this site.

Resend — delivers the email generated by the contact form to our inbox.

Google — Google Analytics, and only after you have accepted analytics cookies.

HubSpot — our CRM. When you download a guide from the Resources page, the details you enter are stored there so we can follow up.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Strictly necessary. Cloudflare Turnstile sets a short-lived token when you submit the contact form, to confirm you are not a bot. This is required for the form to work and is not used for tracking.

Also strictly necessary: a NEXT_LOCALE cookie recording which language version of the site you were served. It holds a language code and nothing else.

Analytics, optional. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by a stream identifier. If you later decline, those cookies are deleted from your browser immediately.

Not a cookie. Your consent decision is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and is not sent anywhere.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

Our hosting provider operates a global network, and Google Analytics — where you have enabled it — processes data internationally. Your information may therefore be processed on servers outside Türkiye and outside the European Union, under the safeguards those providers apply.

Contact enquiries remain in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards.

Hosting logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider.

Analytics data is retained for 14 months as configured in Google Analytics.

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK Article 11) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR, you may ask whether we process your data, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, and withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Write to contact@robexrobotics.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.

Withdrawing analytics consent takes effect immediately and also deletes the analytics cookies already stored in your browser.

This site is aimed at professional and institutional audiences. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this page as the site develops. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes affecting how we use your information will be made clear on the page.
